Happy Canada Day everyone!



It's the anniversary of Confederation in Canada, when the British Colonies united to form a country.

I have the day off work, and we have absolutely NOTHING planned, which is my favourite way to spend this day. We might take the Tot Monsters for a walk, sit in the hot tub, or maybe just make a blanket burrito and watch Tiny Tot Movies on telly.

We did. We sat on a picnic blanket in the back yard for most of the day. It was lovely. After dark, some of the people on our street set off fireworks at the end of the court. We could see them from our yard so we didn't even have to move for that.
