Went to psychiatrist today, told him difficult child is really hyper not listening arguing and can't sit still. this being my second time around I know when medications quit working and when it's just testing the boundrys... He tells husband and I that the Honeymoon is over and now difficult child is just "testing boundrys" told him I relised that but that also his medications are not working. long story short after arguing for half hr he agreed to up Concerta dose to see if that works. will start him over Vacation so that if there are problems it's at home not school
