I think it's official, I have a 2nd difficult child.

Offically today, I have 3 out of 4 of my kids in spec. ed., each with a different designation.

Am I really that on top of things or am I a helicopter parent?! All I can say is that if the evaluation. teams didn't agree, then I guess my kids wouldn't be receiving services. I don't feel like a warrior mom, I feel like I should have done something different to prevent the problems especially my youngest who qualified today for spec. ed. under emotional/behavioral disabilty.

Hey whatamess,

Second-guessing yourself is not a good policy (I'm a recovering second-guesser). I'm convinced that if you reviewed all your decisions and actions over the years, you would have been doing your absolute very very best at any given moment. I know you will agree.

These things just happen when they happen. I speak from experience.
