I've got a strange feeling in the pit of...

Shari

IsItFridayYet?
About that hot steaming shower? Well, if makes my asthma worse. But hey, I hear it works wonders for some, so it's worth at least a try.

Hot steam makes me worse, too, but sticking my head in the freezer (no joke) helps.

Hope Duckie's feeling better.

Mind Reader
Cold night air, after the dew has fallen, is the cleanest air and if I bundled up real good, put a clean cloth over my mouth and nose, my mom would let me hang my head out the window and that helped.

Also, gentle pounding or massage in the mid-section of Duckies back will help break up the mucus so that at least her coughs may be more productive.

Here we go again!
I remember holding the nebulizer mouthpiece next to difficult child 1's sleeping nose and mouth when he was little so that he would get the treatments at night when he was sick. It seemed to help even if he wasn't inhaling deeply. I'd sit and watch the little wisp of mist flow in and out of his mouth and nose in the dark :)

Hope she's doing better today. Post an update when you can!
