What is CPRC?

DevPed asked if difficult child is eligible for CPRC program thru psychiatric's office. Any idea what that might be?

Thanks. Apparently this is some form or targeted case management service. DevPed is looking into difficult child's eligibility for this, which I'm hoping is a good thing.
