[QUOTE="LittleDudesMom, post: 302483, member: 805"] Janet, I meant to include this in my earlier reply. Interesting that Jamie decided at difficult child's same age to go off the adhd medications because of what he wanted to do. difficult child has been talking about going to our local military high school (part of the city's public school system - uniforms but no tuition - designed for students who wish to pursue careers in law enforcement, the military, or firefighting). He has expressed interested in becoming a police officer (go figure!). He would have to write an essay about his potential career and why he would like to attend the academy, as well as have a personal interview and meet their academic requirements (which he does at this point). I am/was not aware of the medication limitations for military or law enforement. We'll see... Christy, TB is my absolute fav! I'm amost finished book nine in the series and understand that Ms. Harris just finished book 10 on Sunday! I'm actually going to start on another one of her series next, can't remember the name of it but it's the one where the main character gets struck by lightening and then finds bodies!! Thanks all!
