So it does pay to complain!</p><p></p><p>I had a go-round with the city government when all the trash from a city-owned parking lot next door was ending up in my yard - a HUGE mess. I practically begged them to have it cleaned up, nothing happened. I took pictures and spoke to the town aldermen at their meeting - nothing. Until ... I calmly informed them that I would be calling Channel Four in the morning so they could come and take pictures of the city's garbage in my yard - first thing the next morning they had a crew out working on it and when I came home that evening, every speck of garbage was gone! You have nothing to lose by complaining and going as far as you have to.</p></blockquote><p></p>
