I am also going to send you the link to a book about a young woman who had borderline and was cured. She did not use DBT therapy, but her therapy was very intensive yet very successful. I read her book a few times. Back to DBT, it is used for lots of disorders now and focuses on mindfulness, distress tolerance, and coping skills. I think it's the best therapy evah!!!!!
