Today must have been the National Chickens Crossing the Road Day or something. husband is working at a meat packing plant for a few weeks this summer and I needed the car so I drove him to work. We saw one chicken in the middle of the road and started laughing. Two blocks later, another chicken. I couldn't get the camera to take a picture fast enough, but it was pretty funny. There were a few other cars and you could see the chickens trying to figure out what to do and where to go as the cars were coming. Another few blocks and we saw four more of them in the road! This continued for about 15 chickens! I never did get close enough to any of them to ask them why they were crossing the road though!
