The pies: http://www.kraftrecipes.com/recipes/triple-layer-eggnog-pie-64368.aspx I did that without the caramel and pecan layer because we don't like pecans and have lots of dental work. Yummy! http://www.kraftrecipes.com/recipes/chocolate-cherry-pie-53412.aspx I also use Oreo crusts for both of these pies instead of the graham crackers pie because we're chocoholics like that. ETA: For Thanksgiving I did this one but instead of doing the cream cheese layer I skipped that and added half the Cool Whip to the pumpkin layer instead. Also done on an Oreo crust and we went a little heaping on the cinnamon. http://www.kraftrecipes.com/recipes/double-layer-pumpkin-pie-54636.aspx Sometimes with the choco cherry pie I'll use two different flavors of chocolate and divide the milk to make two different layers of chocolate in the pie, too. Or for Kiddo leave out the cherries and make a multi-layered chocolate pudding pie, using multiple chocolate puddings and also mixing the pudding with Cool Whip as well, and then the Oreo crust is just one more layer of chocolate and I'll sprinkle chocolate chips on top for one more layer.
