difficult child 3 dropping out of school?

And if he doesn't, then maybe it's time to get a referral to an adult shrink (they are the ones our kids have to see for medications, when they turn 25; easy child 2/difficult child 2 needs a referral to one ASAP, she will be 25 in a few months).
