Believe me, many of us know from sad experience that "the system"

is rarely aimed at therapeutic purposes or rehabilitation...it is

simply a big beaurocratic mess that deals with numbers.  It is

terribly sad.  I'm sorry for your pain RM.  Hugs.  DDD
