I haven't lost any more weight but I feel really good physically. Eventually I would like to get rid of the last 3 lbs. but I'm not in rush. I know that it will be really hard to do. </p><p></p><p>I ordered a few resistance bands on line and I'm looking forward to receiving them. They should be here tomorrow. I'm going to add them to my workouts twice a week. I'm hoping the directions that come with them will be easy to follow! My fitness goal is to firm up!!!</p><p></p><p>I've been working on becoming fit emotionally. I'm trying to take better care of myself and not feel guilty about doing so. I've been reading Simple Abundance. It's a great book!!! I've been keeping a journal and writing down five things I'm grateful for at the end of each day. This is helping me put things into perspective. I'm beginning to understand that I CAN have a life and still be the mother of two difficult children! I owe it to myself!!! </p><p></p><p>So, my two goals are to become more "fit" both physically and emotionally. WFEN</p></blockquote><p></p>
