Hi,I think keeping away from red/yellow dyes can help a lot. Also having snacks throughout the day can keep hunger at bay. The problem with diets is that they demand more flexibility and adaptability from a child and can be very frustrating. When it comes to food , we don't have much control on the tastes of our kids.Allan
