[QUOTE="gcvmom, post: 264507, member: 3444"] Well, gee, TM -- thanks for asking! (by the way, easy child keeps asking if there's a message from Duckie :) ) difficult child 1 wrapped up his neuropsychologist evaluation last week and I go in next Thursday for the results. I still have to finish my paperwork for the school's evaluation and hope to do that before they go back to school on Monday. difficult child 1 has a nasty cough and likely sinus infection, which made his asthma flare up. The allergy doctor rx'd augmentin (HORSE PILLS) and bumped up his inhaler strength and gave me prednisone "just in case". We're watching his peak flow numbers and if they aren't improved by today, we're supposed to start the pred. Ugh. He gets nasty on pred, so I'm hoping the numbers are better (he's still sleeping!) difficult child 2 seems to be doing very well. He was also sick last week (easy child started it all, thankyouverymuch) and part of this week with a high fever which faded into a productive cough and nasal congestion. Lovely. The cough's getting better, tho. We added Depakote ER about two or three weeks ago, and that really seemed to nip the hypomania well. He was still having concentration/focus/attention issues, so psychiatrist okayed me putting him back on the Daytrana patch (only 5mg), and he seems to be tolerating it well. At Easter, extended family really noticed how calm and focused he was (YAY!). Although his other medications are at fairly high dosages, he certainly does not behave like someone who is overmedicated, so that's what the psychiatrist tends to go by. Both boys have their psychiatrist follow-up on Monday. Not sure if we'll see if we can reduce the Seroquel XR for difficult child 2 a hair (he would sleep all day if I let him and I'm sure it's due to the high evening dose), or maybe it would be best to wait until June when school gets out. No need to rock the boat! That's it in a nutshell! Thanks for asking. Hope everyone in your house is finally healthy! Our Spring Break has been very boring because of this danged bug they all caught.
