Preaching to the choir. :choir: I HATE working out. I'm a naturally sedentary person. My entire life I've been a sedentary person. I enjoy sitting on my hiney, laying down, doing most anything besides being active and I always have. I don't like sports. If you ever see me running, it will be because I'm being chased by someone with a lethal weapon...or maybe a bear. But I used to do it. We own an elliptical for a reason. The first time I got on it, I did 3 minutes. But I kept getting on it and soon I was up to 5 minutes. Then 10. I was up to 30 minutes at the end. I also used to park almost a mile from work and walk when the weather was good. I actually wouldn't mind doing that again, but it's winter and I need to have enough time to get there and I have been getting up too late! We also own a Bowflex. I've used it exactly twice. I'm not sure if Jabber has ever used it. It's kind of asinine to own an $800 piece of equipment and never use it. I admit, I felt better when I worked out. I remember feeling just...more "there". I was more awake, more present at work. I know I need to get back to it. That does not mean I like it, which made it much easier to quit doing it.
