An allergist can test your kids for these isssues. However, just to let you know, that some food sensitivities won't show up (ie: my difficult child was negative for food dyes, yet she still rages when she's had them).

I think it depends on the supplements. You should check with your doctor. If you are considering the Omegas, then no, that would not cancel out the effects of the medications. You may want to ask your in-laws for the name of a good homeopathic doctor.
