G'day, folks. Rabbit, good to see you on the morning thread. Don't overheat in your chauffeuring around town. difficult child 3 drove a lot today, further into the city than he has driven before. He had an appointment with a hand therapist plus there were a few other things I wanted to do. Sis-in-law wanted us back to spend time with her and her friends, but as it turned out, if we had rushed back without getting our other errands done,we'd have still only had about an hour at most socialising. Instead, GFG33 got his hair cut, I got some pharmacy supplies organised and difficult child 3 got some good driving practice in. Sis-in-law and her girls are going out shopping tomorrow, I'm staying home so difficult child 3 can get his last go at completing his assessment task. It has to be in the mail tomorrow afternoon. I just need to batten down the hatches and refuse all outside world contact for a few hours. It just hasn't been possible and frankly I could do with the rest. All I need to do tomorrow is make some chicken stock and get ready to cook a fairly simple Chinese meal for everyone (seven of us) for tomorrow night. I'll take my time making an Asian chicken stock while difficult child 3 is working. Perfect for winter. Then I have choir in the evening, so I'll need to organise dinner early enough so I can leave it and just go. Shouldn't be too difficult. Enjoy your Tuesday. Marg
