Good Morning everyone. Happy Victoria Day, for any Canadians around this morning. Happy Monday for everyone. Sharon--Gosh. The low is higher than your average high. A real scorcher indeed. Hope your meeting for difficult child goes well and you get to the gym as planned. Fran--I agree. Popsicles are the cure for whatever ails you on a hot, hot day. Today is Victoria Day up here in the Great White North, or "May 2-4" as it's more commonly known (not-so-subtle reference to a 24-case of beer). Stores, banks etc. are all closed, so it's kinda nice and quiet. Some of the kids (I say kids, they're all university age) on the street will probably have a fireworks display once it gets dark. I might sit out on my lawn and watch for a little while. I finished my workout (Yay! I almost cracked the 10 minute mile today. Slow, I know, but better than the 15-minute mile I started with when I started running again a few weeks ago) And now, despite it being a holiday Monday, I have a boatload of work to get through. I am going in for surgery on Wednesday morning, and the last thing I need is to return to a huge backlog at work, so I am trying to get things organized at the office ahead of time. Hoping everyone has a wonderful Monday! Trinity
