[QUOTE="AnnieO, post: 527390, member: 6705"] Water, isopropyl alcohol, glycerin, carbomer, aminomethyl propanol, fragrance, propylene glycol, isopropyl myristate, aloe barbadensis leaf juice, tocopheryl acetate, FD&C yellow no. 5 (tartrazine), FD&C blue no. 1. This is the ingredient list from the Purell bottle I have on my desk. 8 oz. and I have had it for... About 4 years?... It's almost half full still. It is there for when I am sick or someone else is and must use my keyboard. For the first 2 years (when most of what was used, was used), I had it at the front desk for the use of all the people coming in. My boss washes her hands with soap and water, dries them and then uses hand sanitizer. Huh? (Interestingly, she gets sick more than I do. And I have kids in the house - hers are grown.) This stuff has its place. But honestly, as Jo said, all these HEPA filters and hypoallergenic thisses and antibacterial thats are creating problems - superbugs. More kids are allergic to more stuff because they haven't been exposed. I have a mild allergy to cats, as does Jett. I've had cats my whole life - and it's not a problem.
