I just wanted to touch base since last month. I have changed my sons diet by removing all the red, yellow & blue dyes from his food, not that he had a lot but some I had no idea. Cheese crackers, mac-n-chz once in awhile, sweets like M&M's -gone, gone, gone!!! I give him B & Fish Oil Omega 3's and Kids FocusFactor vitamins in the morning before he goes to school. I do have teacher conferences next week but am very pleased with the baby steps that he rec'd on his report card last week. He turned 17- 2's~Satisfactory into 1's~Excellent. 6- 3's~Developing into 2's. A couple of the 3's stayed the same in productive time management. His academics are still great. No problems with homework too much. I'm using transition all the time. So little -nil arguments. He has been 97% super good and helping out and doing chores, using manners like crazy this week. Thankful for stuff. Wondering if there was a maturity growth spurt or something. I know I have a long way to go and this is just a little smooth patch and it's only temporarily. The wheels could fall off again tomorrow. Thanks for listening :)
