I don't know if that is an appropriate place for you to land, but perhaps they can suggest other avenues of support. And usually there are agencies which offer therapy at a reduced cost. You may have to do some research into this, but it's going to be absolutely necessary for you to get support for yourself, so you can deal with what is on your plate. A good therapist can help you to find ways to prioritize your issues and deal with them in appropriate ways, in addition to offering the support you need right now.
