What was he like before you started medications? I am not saying do nothing just wondering what his normal state was. The thing that helps my son with aggression (and he was on it even when I adopted him at age 2...a very very small dose--then off till about three years ago and we started it again and it really made a huge difference) is Clonidine. another option in that category is Tenex...They are actually blood pressure medications but work to help with aggression/agitation. Not suggesting it just sharing the one that makes the most difference for us in regard to that symptom.</p></blockquote><p></p>
