I don't know if anyone suggested it yet, but I found this site to be very helpful.  http://www.childbrain.com/  Make sure to do the Pervasive Developmental Disorder (PDD) assessment scale/screening questionnaire (#6) and see what it can tell you.  It's not a diagnosis, but it could point a few things out for you.  Print it out and take it to the appointment. for your doctor to check out.
