Provide details about the "self harm", angry outbursts, suspected drug use and school issues. These really need to be addressed immediately. If this doctor does not "click" with you and your husbands philosophy (some don't believe in medication, some dislike testing etc..whatever the reason)..don't hesitate to look for someone new.
