And lastly, I have to put a rolled up blanket between H and me at the bottom of our bed so his twitching doesn't bother me, which it always does. If none of this works, the following night I will take melatonin - usually one 4mg capsule does it. If that doesn't work, the following night I will try half of a .25mg xanax.
