HOWEVER, for me, the most I can drink is one glass per day. More than that, and I get a headache.</p><p> </p><p>P.s. YOu are totally right re: Power Bars. I had one, and almost fell asleep in the car. So, NOT going to do that again. I have found Atkins Advantage Bars okay in a pinch. I cut them in half and put them in a baggie. Keep them in my purse for emergencies only.</p></blockquote><p></p>
