Not eating and drinking only water after 6pm is helping me. Maybe it's better not to sleep on the calories? This has helped me in the past too.


When and how do you weigh yourself? I do it every day (I know every one doesn't do this) and it's as soon as I wake up and to be delicate...I admit I weigh myself in my birthday suit. Yes, gross. But I want to give myself every advantage.:raspberry:  You?
