I'm eating lots of fiber and also having a spinach salad every day at lunch.</p><p></p><p>Where am I struggling?</p><p></p><p>*With all the working out I don't feel like I'm toning up much at all. </p><p></p><p>*I gained 13 pounds over the school year and have only been able to take off a total of 4 pounds.
