If he can tell when its coming can he tell you before hand and then go to a place set up for him to express his frustration in a more appropriate manner? I hope they are going over expressing frustration in his therapy.Also, I know that when my difficult child is internalizing his frustration (and hitting himself) he is less likely to attack his brothers then when he is blaming them instead of himself.
