I do my best to find time to do something therapeutic for myself ~ even if it's at 3 in the morning because that's the only time I can find.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: 'Comic Sans MS'"></span></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: 'Comic Sans MS'">Find that place of calm for yourself & you'll be many steps ahead of the battle. My calm is painting watercolors & attempting to play piano again.
