....It's a lovely little thing called Iritis. When I was in Cleveland, my eye started to hurt a bit. Actually, I just thought I was getting a stye and that it was my eyeLID that hurt. Nope. Days passed, the pain got worse and then my eye turned completely bloodshot. :bloodshot: <------(like that but worse and only in one eye) It hurt INSIDE my eye when I would drastically change focus and wasn't getting better so I figured it might be a good idea to see the doctor. I did, he checked it and immediately sent me to an opthomologist. The opt. talked very fast and told me all sorts of things could cause it, it could be a fore warning of something systemic or immune related or could just be one of those things. I have some steroid drops to put in my eye and a follow up appointment for a week from now. He told me not to worry about anything unless the drops don't work. I'm to put them in every two hours while awake until the eye clears, then 4 times a day until he tells me to stop. I did the first one in the car at the pharmacy and OMG....it felt SOOOOOOOOOOOOO good! It didn't last unfortunately, but those first few minutes were nice and cool! But...as for not worrying...being the inquisitive person that I am (nosy), I just HAD to go and look it up. :slap: Not the best idea. For now, I'm just going to see what happens and take it from there. I can't unread what I saw but maybe I can ignore it!
