A large majority were against FDR when he pushed for the SSI; People were against Pres Johnson when he pushed for Medicaid and also Medicare expansions and don't forget that under his administration, the Civil Rights Act was passed and people didn't like that either....and now this. I have hope. I truly have hope and I hope that once the bugs are worked out, this will be good for our country. It's time for a little unity.</span></span></p></blockquote><p></p>
