Would anyone be able to proof a reply to the school's IEP denial?  They sent a letter wanting to know why we disagreed with their findings.  I believe we have enough proof documented they deliberately stopped documenting all manifestations of disability related behavior.  I've also located a notebook from one of his classes that contradicts that he was doing well academically.
