The best suggestions to keep night sweats and hot flashed at bay or to a minimum include eating healthy fats and getting daily exercise.</span></span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="color: #483d8b">Best of luck~I don't think meno has to be horrible.</span></span></p></blockquote><p></p>
