I have a sneaking suspicion that difficult child either quit her job or got fired. Option 3 would be that since she wrote up someone for sexual harassment they are just not going to give her hours and wait until she quits. She is on day three of no work. The first day she went in and they said they didn't have enough work and sent her home. The second day suposedly was a day no one worked? Today husband told me she called and they said they didn't need her. I don't know she works for a temp agency basically so they can hire and fire at will without notice. I am personally hoping they are either in a slow spell or that they are punishing her for the write up. I know that is legally wrong but I don't want her to quit until she has another job and I don't want her fired either. This would be her first real job and I want her to learn from it. Even if learning from it means that life isn't always fair. She has that difficult child sense of entitlement and thinks that if she says something about the harassment that the individual will be fired on the spot. Sometimes they will but if it is a first offense, not severe, and the worker is a good worker most businesses are going to try to fix the problem first. Anyway I guess I will have to keep an eye out for further signs and pray she gets another job soon to replace this one.
