The thing about being sober though is that if you follow the program you get all phases of your life in order by following the steps. When I go to my support meetings and the addicts speak, so many of them say that when they stopped drinking and drugging they still had the same demons to slay and they have to work very hard every day to do that. I don't see my difficult child ever having enough drive to do that. And I have seen enough professionals in her life to know none of them have the answers either. If we could put her into a sructured treatment program for the rest of her life she may have a chnace but left to her own devices is disaster.</p><p></p><p>Pepperidge for you and I, I believe a huge part of it is genes and prenatal environment with our difficult child's.</p><p></p><p>Nancy</p></blockquote><p></p>
