Matt continues to do extremely poorly, and the anxiety from not knowing what is next, and whether he will be on the streets, is intense right now. So for now I am trying to be gentle with myself, and let it be OK that I take .25mg of Xanax at night. In the big scheme of things, that is not that big of a deal.</p></blockquote><p></p>
