Now that I am an adult, I don't watch horror movies. I don't like the slasher stuff, the gory stuff, and the suspense - well, I'd rather read the book. I do LOVE murder mysteries... Books, that is. I saw "The Seventh Sign" with Demi Moore back in the late 80s and there was one scene where a decomposing bride comes out of a wall. I "saw" that coming out of my closet for months. Also "Children of the Corn" didn't really bother me much, then I moved to Ohio. Cornfields everywhere! I was OK as long as I wasn't alone, but I still cannot handle corn mazes. And the part of "Nightmare on Elm Street" where Freddie is in a waterbed... I had a waterbed. Yeah, that was not cool. Now? Meh. I would NEVER name a child Damian or Malachi... Onyxx had a friend named Damian and he was a HUGE druggie, in fact is the one who got her shooting up. Then husband's friend Damon. Yeah. I've had bad experiences with that name...
