Thanks Janet! Now I'm wanting tuna casserole and husband doesn't like it. I actually just had some last weekend but I want more! LOL For those of you who have never tried it and want to, I thought those of us who like it could share our favorite recipe. Mine is pretty basic: Egg noodles (amount depends on how much you want) 1-2 cans of tuna depending on serving size 1 can cream o'mushroom soup 1 can peas salt/pepper cheese of your choice Cook the noodles as directed and drain. Either in your casserole dish or a mixing bowl, stir together the drained noodles and the soup, making sure they are mixed well. Drain the tuna and add to the noodles making sure that the tuna is broken down so it's not it large chunks (unless you want it that way). Stir till combined well and also combine the peas (I don't drain my peas...it gives it some moisture). Add salt/pepper to taste ( or even onion) and as much cheese as you would like. I like mine pretty cheesy so I'll put an 8 oz bag of shredded cheese in mine....usually something along the lines of Chedder Jack. Top with more cheese if desired (either more shredded or sliced also works well). Bake in oven at 350 for about 20 minutes or so.....just long enough to ensure it's warmed through. Yummy!
