I personally have seen a 40yo living on the streets, a heavy drug user, turn his life around and have a great career and raise two easy child daughters. Another, his young adult daughter told him if he wanted to be in her wedding and the future grands life he had to straighten up, and he did.</p><p></p><p>It's never too late for them, they just have to want it.
