I weighed myself at the worst possible time - last night. I was happy to see my weight go down just a little bit - I've really been putting lots of effort into eating healthy.</p><p></p><p>On a not so good note, I still haven't begun using my resistance bands. I really need to stop procrastinating!!! In my defense though, I've been very, very BUSY and haven't had much free time lately. I'm so addicted to my aerobic workouts that I'm not willing to give a couple of them up a week for the weights. I truly know I need to - I'm thinking about shortening my aerobic workouts at least once this week to make time for the resistance bands. Now, whether or not I'll actually do this is another story, lol!!!</p><p></p><p>The one thing that may motivate me is that I bought a new swimsuit. Visual aides are usually great motivating factors for me!!! I'll let you know if this works...</p><p></p><p>I hope the rest of you are doing well.
