She doesn't want to leave, but can't afford to stay. She has been the reason Wee is finally learning. His day is extending. Initially the plan was to work him up this year to a full day so he can start next year on full days. I am devastated. I thought finally we had a chance for him to grow and heal in a safe environment. Who knows what we've got now. So...I plan to call an IEP meeting while she is still here. Obviously, his dedicated aid will be far more important now with her leaving. Buts its her methods and personality that are making this work...i'll ask her to write as much as she can about that. But what am I not thinking of here?
