Off and on for the past several month different parts of my bones/joints get really sore. The pain usually lasts a day or two. It is sort of an ache and yet at the same time when the pain is just starting out the least little touch hurts. It also sometimes has a sort of stiffness about it.
The pain will also shift around at times. For example my finger has been hurting the last couple of days. Sometimes the pain is right in the knuckle other times the lower part of my finger (on the back of my hand) and still other times it is sore on the palm side right below the finger. Oh and there is never any swelling or visible bruising along with it.
I've had the pain in my fingers (and thumb) and on my foot (not the foot with the stress fracture).
It is so strange and I haven't wanted to go to the doctor partly because it is very difficult to explain and partly because it doesn't last long-just a couple of days and partly because I think the doctor will think I'm nuts! (I will bring it up when I go to a bone specialist in October because I was recently dxd with osteopenia -I don't think the two things are related though from the bit of web searching I've done)
I'm not really worried that it is anything serious just wondering if anyone else has experienced anything similar?
