    Wow - you guys have listed some great receipes. I will be printing it out today!

    My first day was great!

    Skinny Cow was a savior though. I had to run somewhere right after work but was already feeling hungry. I grabbed a fudgcicle from the freezer and ate it on the way. I ended up being gone for 3 hours when I expected to be gone for one hour. Thank goodness I ate that in the car or I would have stopped at BK or something on the way home!

    by the way - the fudgcicle was heavenly!

    Great! take it one day at a time.

    I am a life timer and have worked for them in the past. I tried to start working for them again but my son's needs simply take up too much time.

    Here are some of my must haves, hope they are helpful:

    Chocolate Vita Tops (MUST MUST HAVE EVERY DAY-only 1 point)
    Spaghetti Squash with marinara or mexican style- o point
    Fiber one 1/2 cup - o point
    Tons of Shell Fish
    I check out often
