Great! take it one day at a time.
I am a life timer and have worked for them in the past. I tried to start working for them again but my son's needs simply take up too much time.
Here are some of my must haves, hope they are helpful:
Chocolate Vita Tops (MUST MUST HAVE EVERY DAY-only 1 point)
Spaghetti Squash with marinara or mexican style- o point
Fiber one 1/2 cup - o point
Tons of Shell Fish
