I'm trying to lose weight "normally". Luckily I'm not into sweets. I prefer diet soda or water. What I do is happily overeat. I just love BIG portions
and frequent portions. Maybe if you share what you eat (please forget yogurt and things with that type of texture ) it will inspire me to expand what I have in the kitchen and not get bored before the pounds fall away. Ideas? DDD
