I think its very insensitive and likely comes from a place of jealousy and insecurity. I have a friend who I  struggle with. She is 60, alone and miserable but is always looking for Mr Perfect and cant understand why she isn't finding him.  I love my man...to me he is PERFECT flaws and all.
