While I don't know about scholarships - I can tell you that the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana (a top 10 school) does provide a number of disability services in a well established program.

My husband utilized DRES regularly throughout his undergrad years - and continues to while pursuing his graduate degree. (http://www.disability.uiuc.edu/) He has found them to be especially helpful and supportive.

Upon looking over the page, I see that they do have a link for DRES scholarships!

while I don't know about scholarships, I know that the College of Mt. St. Joseph (in Cincinnati) does great with accomodations. Also in our area (and not on the list) are the University of Dayton (Dayton, OH) and Bethel College (Mishawaka, IN).

I've known kids that have attended all three, and the tutors, etc. in place were all fantastic.
