I want it more for the health benefits vs weight loss although I’d love to be at 150lbs. </p><p></p><p>Working out actually stalled my weight loss but I kept going anyways because it was a great stress reliever. I was doing about 2 hrs a day 6-7days a week. </p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>I don’t have psoriasis but I do have eczema. When I’m on Keto, it disappears and then comes back with a vengeance. I’m wondering if I have an allergy to gluten that’s causing it to act up.</p></blockquote><p></p>
